 Introducing Australian Smooth Jazz Keyboard Artist, Rod Best! The Debut Global Single, “In The Groove” Rod has been quietly producing, writing and performing sensational music for a number years from his native part of Australia, in sunny tropical Queensland. His own music, produced over the past few years, seemed to be enjoyed by a limited few who had found his music online. Rod Best is a sensational Jazz Artist whose music is exciting contemporary Jazz, his music is now finally finding a new audience right across the world with his debut Global Single, “In The Groove”. Over the years, Rod Best has recorded a variety of original praise and worship albums and has produced a number of albums for various artists. He has been involved in training, developing singers and musicians as well as writing music arrangements for small stage bands through to large orchestras, he’s also been involved with direction of major musical productions and song compositions.
Rod Best has studied at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music in Jazz Improvisation and Advanced Arranging, developing a wealth of experience in composition and arrangement in jazz and contemporary keyboarding styles. His blend of Keyboard Jazz has been enjoyed for many years and has featured on so many albums for various projects through the years. He has also studied under some great Australian Jazz piano players including Tony Ansell, Mike Nock, Michael Bartolomei, Chuck Yates, Judy Bailey, Dave Fennell, Vince Genova, and Kevin Hunt, all luminary music greats from Australia who have received so many International and Australian music industry awards & recognition.  Rod also studied at Jazz Worx in Brisbane, and received an Associate Diploma in Jazz. Rod Best is now finally allowing the world to hear his music and more to the point, the world of Smooth Jazz has finally found a new Smooth Jazz master musician!
